Yoga and Meditation Teacher/Guide (Downtown) - 917-886-8260

Hello and good day. I offer private sessions, group classes, corporate/small business workshops, retreats/celebrations, and basically everything in between. I've been a yoga teacher since 2003, and a meditation teacher since 2016. I have extensive experience in teaching all levels to all walks of life, and am very keen on working with beginners. I have many local references, and I service NYC, the Hudson Valley, the Hamptons and the Catskills. My intention is to enable students to develop a personal yoga and/or meditation practice so that they can be self-sufficient. Sliding scale rates, will travel.
